About the Event

Warm welcome to combine Pranayama, Meditation and Tea. In all cultures around the world tea offers a beautiful opportunity to take a break, a rest, alone or together with others. This event is designed as an experience both to receive a flavor for meditation - ie stilling our mind, and to taste premium, rare teas.

We start with coming to a seated position and take ourselves into the present moment. I will guide you through a pranayama - breathing practice called nadi shodhana, which is sanskrit for alternate nostril breathing. This practice has been used for thousands of years to cleanse and balance the nervous system. After the breathing (ca 10 minutes) we will come to a seated meditation practice for ca 30 minutes. Then we slowly come out of the meditation and stretch our limbs. Now you will be served shou pu-er, a postfermented, full bodied earthy and aged…
